The 138th District consists of parts of NORTHAMPTON County consisting of the TOWNSHIPS of Bushkill, Forks, Lower Mount Bethel, Moore (PART, Districts Eastern and Pt. Phillips), Plainfield, Upper Mount Bethel and Washington and the BOROUGHS of Bangor, Chapman, East Bangor, Pen Argyl, Portland, Roseto, Stockertown and Wind Gap.

Flood Outraged by Late-Night Shenanigans of Democrat Majority on House Appropriations Committee

HARRISBURG – As a member of the House Appropriations Committee, Rep. Ann Flood (R-Northampton) participated in an outrageous Appropriations Committee meeting that took place late last night while people were sleeping and after the House had adjourned for the day. On a party-line vote, the committee advanced two amended election-related bills that would, among other things, move up next year’s Pennsylvania primary to March 19 and establish a voter identification system.

With our total population loss ranking as the fourth highest in the nation, the loss of residents, their talent and their resources has been detrimental to our state economy, finances and culture. Between 2019-20, the Commonwealth experienced a $1.2 billion economic loss due to outmigration alone.
